What do I need to complete the set

I've asked this before and received a reply but can't find anywhere.  Thought I wrote it down but probably got mixed up with other papers and thrown away.

I have a partial set of chips for multi hand poker and need to know what else I need to have a complete set.  I would be putting these on a 3902 board.  Hopefully someone out there can help.  Here is what I have.

A Search of the C0000517 chip with the Search function brought up a previous post on the same software set (as well as previous post by you). You are missing a base chip, M0000764, it looks like...

I thought it was a M0000548 or 9 but they do say the memory is the first thing to go.  I have different game chips than the one post.  Not sure how everything matches up.  I thought the C chips were the basically the graphics and the G was the specific game.  Does the base chip support multiple games?  Can anyone clarify how they all work together?

If I'm not mistaken, the Base chip (M chip, in this case), contains platform, jurisdiction, and denomination (I.e. single or muti-denom). There are, many times, multiple base chips that can be used for one game, just due to jurisdiction alone. Remember, IGT often releases revised versions of games previously released, and that is another reason why we will find multiple versions of the same game.

If you are setting up a game, just try the M chip you have and see what happens. You won't hurt anything, it just won't work!

You are correct in your thoughts as far as C being graphics, and G being game info.
