That's my problem he's to far. Sold him 2 machines & all worked 100%. He's having a problem with bill acceptor & printer, Acceptor wants to keep cycling.
I tried to explain about acceptor & cash can in correct & that tickets are in correct. He never had one before & I think he does not understand. I'm sure it's something simple that if someone was close they could have an easy fix. Either something happened on his way home or he did something he should not have done.
I asked him about codes but he's not awake . Waiting for him to get awake.

Oh no a Noob with machine  Duh!
We all know how easy it is for something to work it's way loose when transporting
lets just hope this guy didn't decide to start tinkering before he called you Ford.

Sorta like leaving a candy bowl on the table and telling a kid not to touch it.

I'm sure it's something simple since we know it left working
good luck and keep us posted.

The man will be coming my way in a week. Going to show him how they should be. If we can't get them fixed that way I'll be
making a road trip. When ever I sell something it has to be right. I think it's just something simple but I know how people get
upset when they get something home & it doesn't work. The man is real understanding. Couldn't want a nicer customer.
