Emailed mine on Dec 5th and still have not recieved

UPDATE: i emailed them and received the following response

Thank you for your submission.   Please be aware that it will take at least 8 to 10 business weeks (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date your submission is received in our office for you to receive your registration confirmation letter.  Please contact us again once that time period has expired should you not receive your letter.   Also, please be sure to submit your request to our office in a manner that provides you written proof of the date of submission, should that be necessary.  Thanks.
