Hey guys... I am not sure what the technical name is for this part of the topper but anyway here I go. I am trying to figure out how the LED sign that displays the rolling info on it is controlled and wired up. can I use a computer with either serial or parallel port to send random data over to it? cause at the moment is just has been setup to power up and that is it displaying  "NO DATA". I am also having an issue with my flashing LED border not sure what is wrong with it... still trying to find my multimeter to diagnose what the issue could be. when I got it it had a 12 volt DC adapter hooked up.... I hope that was the right voltage. please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
regards
Josh
