i have a igt gameking older model 3902 board. problem is blank screen,(complete blackness) the game itself is still playable, can hear and still play poker. I switched monitors same result. the red light is on the monitor so im getting power.im pretty sure ive checked all plugs, reseated all boards.looking for ideas on what else im missing.Little background history a few weeks ago when you open or close the door screen would "arch" but only when closing door or opening cash can.then ran into problem where i would turn on have blank screen but could turn and off machine a few times and it would work again,so im thinking loose wire? could there be a bad board? and unfortunately i dont have access to spare parts to interchange. still very much a newbie with video/GK thanks in advance mike

Any static on the screen when powered up?
If not your missing the high voltage. You did say you tried another screen and got the same results?
Then I would say your missing the 110V in. So check the connectors or use a multi-meter and check the plug. No voltage in would mean no high voltage out.

well good news is i fixed it,bad news is i have no clue what the problem was. i pulled all the fuses and rechecked them and checked a few plugs into the 110 power supply.turned it back on and works just fine,no arching no issues. But thank you for your advice, +1 (Karma, or whatever)

Great!,  Sounds like your orginal thoughts of bad connection and neon's not getting correct voltage.  It was a output issue as the game worked-no display.  -- applause.
