Where can I find the list of steps (and how to change them) for the self test button?
Also for the reset switch.

Just download the Microsoft Excel viewer from Microsoft. It will open all Excel files.

If you have Microsoft Works Spreadsheet (standard on most Windows installs), you can open the Excel file with it -- just open the spreadsheet program, then File > Open.
