I have an I -game /  (Game King chipped) that is eating batteries.  I have replaced the 3V (coin)  battery  3 X's  in this one particular game.  Every 2 weeks comes up   Low Battery.   This is the only  GK that has given me this issue/problem.   Any  ideas ?  what to look at ?  what to check ?  (The batteries are fresh new batteries that I have installed.) ( Same batteries have been installed in other I game boards...no Low Bat issues )   Thanks.

I had an IGT a few years ago that was "eating" batteries...a day wouldn't go by & the new battery would be drained.  According to my notes there is a R18 in the circuit that had shorted to ground and allowed the voltage drain off...my problem is that I don't remember if the board was a Game King/I Game or a S2000 (reel game).  Either way it may be worth a look, R18 was close to BT1.

Good luck & God bless,
