Well It  took 3 weeks but I finally got the Aztec Kingdom topper I won on eBay.   

If I look at the wiring - it looks like this goes directly into 110 AC. 

Is this correct or will I soon be a fried fish??  lightning bolt lightning bolt

Yeah - It's much bigger than I thought!  It just fits  dancing 2 -  I think I'll be able to cut the plexi-glass because it's all straight cuts for my own cutout.    I traced all the wires and the black and white go directly into the transformer then spliced into the light bulb.  So that's 110  -

I just want someone to confirm before I electrocute myself.

JDK,
Make sure that fuse is correct...may be written on the board itself exactly what fuse should be there.
That fuse will protect the board from frying out.
The black and white wires look right.
I think if your fuse is okay, you should be good to turn it on.
The board dumbs down the 110 with the transformer to appropriate voltages for the LEDs.

ADD>> the power for the LEDs seem to be coming off the left side of the board...
of course, the board is what's going to be controlling the blinking sequences.
The power is dumbed down twice from the right side via the two transformers....
looks like you're okay!

Also, make sure the green wire on the bottom of the  topper is grounded out to the top inside of your cabinet top hole to metal.
That's for your ground so you don't get shocked....lol

That SUCKS  bawling.  I would take a quick look at the LED controller board and hope to find an easy part to replace that looks fried

I'd star first by looking at the controller.
With power off, pull the two red plugs...
wiggle them around and plug back onto the pins...
try it with power and see if you have more lights.
Esp...check the left red plug.
That plug is connected and controls the LEDs.
Maybe there's a loose wire in that red plug?

I highly doubt it's your controller since you have wha looks to be three working circuits (watched part of the video on dial up) and by the wiring going to the chasers it looks like three circuits, I would look at the wiring going to the lights, and if it's ok, then try changing the leds.

It doesn't look hard to make one of those controllers. Can you tell us what is the part number on the big transistors? And can you see if the LEDs are wired in series or parallel? I have a good source for LEDs, white or blue under $10 a hundred.

Well I have some good news-  I wanted to see how hard it was to replace the LEDs and if they were the cause.  I pulled a working one out and it was just like a set of Christmas lights.  I then plugged the working LED into a socket that wasn't working - and it didn't work.  I then flipped the polarity on the thing (just by turning it 180 degrees) and it worked! -  I then did that for the LED that wasn't lit and it started working!  applause  I did a few as you can see and it looks like they will light up.

Did I wire something wrong? -  I flipped the plug in the outlet over to see if that would make a difference and it didn't.

you are correct to do that as the LED bulb it's self needs correct polarity to light.  I would take a good known bulb and test all of the non working sockets.   Looking at the video it looks like the bulbs are the issue and not the controller, it is still possible that the wiring could be loose but you wont know until you test all sockets etc.

The 110 plug should not matter for the lights them selves but it's ideal to also have correct polarity that matches the input of the power supply

I'm glad you're getting it to run a little better....
now all you have to do is check the sockets and get some more LEDs!
Burned bulbs....Arghhh! Now why didn't I think of that?....lol  Duh! Duh! Duh!

Oh I understand that - I was just wondering why someone would have installed them incorrectly.   Stat must be right  - the person put bulbs in and they didn't work so he sold it. ???

I was thinking the same thing, they did not try to fix it and just wanted to get rid of it.

So maybe all the bulbs are new!!!   applause applause

and when they installed it they never tried to reverse the bulb or had extras?

I would think just as you did they would have figured it out but guess not.

It sounds like you got lucky, and didn't even have to buy the bulbs.  with that many backwards, sombody likely had them all out and just put them back in any old way.
