Hi to everyone, I wonder if someone has a list of wms bbu games with their corresponding operative system and platform. The case is that the first games I worked with, run on an upgrade board cpunxt for a 550 platform. Now I work with some wms bbu cpu-nxt first generation as well as a cpu-nxt2 platform. In some cases I have to test some games with some of the operating systems one by one from machines that are working just fine, and each time I do this I have to perform a RAM clear for every test I make. I have concluded so far that for example some games on a bbu machine can't work on an upgrade kit for a wms 550/360 cabinet since some games require at least a 512MB memory ram ( the upgrade kits comes with a 256Mb ram in my case), Appreciate any help....

For the most part all games that do not require SPN hardware (extra bet button) will work on 36x/55x conversions.  You can just buy a 512MB PC133 Notebook memory sodimm and replace the existing 256MB unit and it will work.  As far as what OS goes with what game, you can easily find out by looking at the cf card with a memory card reader and using a Hex editor to determine what OS the game requires.  Shortly after the Game's product name (as used by WMS like SA20-000-1010C0) there's a 4 character string that denotes the needed OS, like H9.1.  There's a corresponding string in each OS card, so if you make a list of these strings from the OS cards, you can then match them up to each game and make a list of the games you have with the needed OS cards.  Sometimes you will have OS cards that have the same string, this usually occurs when there's an update to an OS card, so the older OS card will still work, it would just not be supported by WMS due to some security flaw, missing feature,  or bug that has since been uncovered.

Thanks for the info..... At this time, I'm making a list with the games with their corresponding operative system. I'm still celebrating my men soccer national team HONDURAS qualifying to Southafrica 2010 World Cup tournament Tongue Out Tongue Out, sorry if I made some mistakes during this reply.... Have a cold beer in my hand and it's warming up!!!   knockout By the way if I try to read the flashcard in my PC, the info that displays on screen is that the device has no format an ask if I want to do so... obviously can't do it. A friend of mine told me that I should not use winxp, instead use a PC with Linux on it to be able to do it.  loser I'm not to good with PC's....
But .....  frying pan  Asap I'll try to understand your suggestion... thanks for your time.

You can thank the US men's soccer  American Flag  team tying Costa Rica for that.  The ticos win that match, Honduras would have been out.
