 i have a igt double diamond with a wba-bill validator model wba-12-13 it was working before i changed the battery it set up for about three months with code 12 but after changeing the battery the bv will not take the bills when i insert a bill it sends it back out the coin side works fine just can not use bills  any help thank you

Welcome to NLG wtony9 !

You need to read this to learn how to give us the SS and SP chip numbers.
Then you can post those numbers in the Classified Section" of NLG and
one of our vendors will be glad to sell you the appropriate SET chip needed
for your machine to re-enable the DBV!

I would try cleaning the head and transport of the WBA. Clean all belts and lens . I would then calibrate the WBA w/ JCM callibration paper KS-036. I agree to also try to check the two flags at the bottom of the stacker, somtimes a little lift is all it takes.

If this is an S-plus machine, after changing out the battery, the BV typically needs to re-activated, especially if it has been without a battery, or a under 2.9 volts for over a week.  You do this by replacing the game prom with a set chip.  Ken at Ohio Gaming has a great instructions on correct procedure at the following link:
