  I had a transport assembly that would not transport the bill from the validator to the cash box.  The "idler belt" was stiff from sitting for a few years and had a "memory" issue that made it hard in two spots from sitting idle so long.  So I took the belt off and boiled it in water for a few minutes.  Then while it was still hot worked it in my hand trying to take the 2 bends out.  Put it back in the transport assembly and it works fine now!!!
