Found A IGT Draw Poker Video slot Machine but owner says the monitor doesnt come up or paly.  The buttons currently blink  and the tower lite blinks (Candle)  Is that any indication of a code that would indicate a problem.  I have no experiance with the video slots.  Have a few S+ that I Tinker with.   This is relatively cheap and am just curious how easy or maybe difficult these are to work on.   All I know about the machine really is that Its An IGT video Draw Poker Jacks or Better Model #1070C  Please let me know if you think you may know what kinds of problems I might encounter to diagnose this machine Thanks Scratch Head

This is the machine I am considering picking up. Any issues I may have with this. Currently the monitor is not working but appears to be intact. What year is this approximately?

The absence of the bill validator would lead me to believe that it is a PE (not PE+) machine.

Not a lot of support for this machine. Meaning you don't see spare boards/glass/chips etc show up on Ebay or many of the gaming sites.
I am sure the folks on this site can get you working but I am not too sure how much more than gas money I would be willing to spend on it (just my opinion).

I was gonna offer him 100 but he was waiting for the first guy to recontact him.  I figured 100 was not bad for a project Machine.  I guess Ill have to be more frugal with my money
