I know where there are 2 of those. It's an S+ that thinks it's a Barcrest. 64-1 is a "Im not talking to the top box".
The bonus round runs on the LCD display. It is NOT like a S2000/Vision" machine.
Topbox has a TON of small flourescent lamps in it, they stay on all the time.
Not a "Great" machine, but sure is pretty and will light up the gameroom nicely.
I didnt pick the one up out here because it was over 300 pounds.

Any suggestions on value. I can pick it up for $300 possibly less.

Thats a very fair price. The two I was looking at were a slightly differant theme, (Diamonds that land in a cigar box). The topbox, screen and slant top were the same machine.

Offer what your comfy at, remember its practically worthless to a casino and most people cant transport it, so it should be easy to get a deal on it.
Make sure the backlight on the LCD is good...

Thanks for the info Kirk!

I'll haggle a little with the fellow. He deals mainly in Pinball and other coin ops doesnt really want bothered with slots it seems.
I be sure to check the backlight.
Defintly will add some flash to my gameroom.
Maybe i can take the Flourescent lamps out and put in an LED chase in there.

Some of these had a LED ropelight around the topbox....

But you could install some LED panels and have them chase, there is a ton of room in each pie wedge....

I did get a few more pics of the unit and the screen does look a little dark. Could just be the photo but if not is the backlight a problem to fix? or easier to replace the whole screen?

There might be some small buttons around the edge
of the LCD screen itself which will allow you to adjust the brightness? Scratch Head 3

I'd ask around first and see if anyone can find you some kind of manual/documentation for it?

Yes Documentation would be nice to have. BUt then again, If i have a manual then there is nothing left to figure out. takes out some of the mystery lol.

But yeah i have been looking all over for something on it and the only info i have gathered is what Kirk has told me. The bonus round on it seems very simplistic. Deals cards until a match is dealt then pays accordingly. no frills.

It is most likely the camera angle on the screen. My Buck$ Ahoy screen game does not photograph well.
You'll be able to tell much more about it in person, for sure.

Here are a few more of them. Notice the rope light around the top box. It LOOKS like factory, but I wont swear to that......

I've played the Cascade of Diamond game at Avi casino outside of Laughlin. Although impressive in size, the game was boring. In the bonus diamonds fall into a jewery box and land in small compartments. Some hit the edge of the box and fall away. How many land in the box determines payoff. Yuck! Maybe old ladies might like it.

Do not think it is a Barcrest. Looks more like Anchor Gaming, but I found no name on the machine.  Scratch Head

Yeah this one seems just as boring as far as the bonus goes. You just hit the bonus button to draw cards until you get a match. Thats it.
