While looking for a manual for my spectrum progressive (which I haven't found yet)
I stumbled across a parts manual for the PE Plus, and it mysteriously appeared in the submit new file section.
Maybe someone can use it?  yes

No, I am looking for anything I can get my hands on.  Its a double spectrum (over/under) display.
Nothing but a few scattered posts on the net.  Most of them point you back here to this board bust gut laughing

Standalone Progressive in the SET CHIP set up of the machine.

PURPOSE OF THE SET CHIP
This set chip serves two purposes:  (1) to upgrade game options and meters to the most current format; and (2) to set options for programs already in the most current format.

USING THE SET CHIP
Turn the machine power off.  Remove the old game chip.  Install the set chip.  Turn the machine power on.  Credits window = set chip version.  Winner Paid window = any tilts detected during power up.

65_3 Advisory Message:  If the set chip determines that the game options and meters can be upgraded to the most current format, Winner Paid window = 65_3.  Turning the jackpot reset key automatically upgrades the game options and meters to the most current format, and allows the set chip to be used to modify the options listed in this document.  Please note that turning the jackpot reset key upgrades the game, which may no longer be compatible with the old game data format (i.e., if reinstalling the old game, data may not be restored without losing game options and meters).
Turn the power off.  Remove the set chip.  Install the new game chip.

65_4 Advisory Message:  When upgrading an old program, if the set chip is unable to upgrade the game options and meters, Winner Paid window = 65_4.  The new game must be installed before the set chip can be used.  Please note that all game options and meters will be lost when installing the new game.
To clear this tilt, turn the power off.  Remove the set chip.  Install the new game chip.  Turn the power on, clear all tilts, and turn power off.  Remove the new game chip.  Install the set chip.  Turn the power on.  Use the set chip to set options.  Turn the power off.  Remove the set chip.  Install the game chip.

Hail Hail Hail Wow Ken;  I cant thank you enough for all of your help.  Hopefully, I will get a chance
to get this thing hooked up and working this week. Then, I am gonna have to figure out what kind of box to build to put it in.
9 inch tops can be frustrating, when looking for game kits, upgrades and the like.  I see I am going to need an extension
harness for my candle too.   frying pan
