Does anyone have the link to the video posted here earlier in the week answering questions about odds etc on casino slots ? The narrator has a web site too. He explained how chips work, location vs odds and random number generators etc.  Thanks,

Hello there !

Renaud, 34, from France.

I spent countless coins in arcade machines when I was younger (Double Dragon, Shinobi, Golden Axe, Bubble Bobble, etc.), but my interest in arcade slowed down a lot after highschool : last games I enjoyed back then were Daytona USA and Killer Instinct.

I was (and still am) also fond of flippers (one day Indiana Jones will be mine :p)

I got myself a supergun in 2003, and started to buy games that I enjoyed so much in the past ... I have around 40 pcbs / systems right now (MVS, ST-V, F3, various System16 and CPS1, etc.)

At the end of last year, I bought a generic euro cab that I finished restoring a few months ago.
I have a bunch of faulty pcbs that I want to repair, it might be difficult as I'm quite a newbie at electronic repairs, but I'm learning fast, reading a lot (channelmaniac's info is invaluable), and I hope I'll be able to find some help in the forum, and to give back as much as I can Smiley

new member. trying to help my friend out he has a  universal slot  8116-A3.  i'm a computer science major and I really feel in the dark. I dont know a thing about this thing...  anyone got a manual?  i just registered so im gonna try and find the download second i read there were some manuals there... any advice would be really helpful Smiley

I highly recommend that you start a new thread about your friend's Universal machine!
Post pictures too!
That will help a lot! There's a fella named "Uniman" I'm sure will have a lot of helpful info
about your Universal should he happen to see your thread!  yes
