Hello all!

I don't think this is possible...

I sold someone an IGT S2000 machine with a printer installed and enabled.  They have now decided they don't want to use the printer - just want to payout coins from the hopper - is there a way to "disable" the printer without using a Keychip?  I know I can do it with a Keychip but I'm trying to save myself a trip from having to go to the machine.  FYI - simply disconnecting the printer does not work....

I just took a quick look at the printer options menu for the S2000. There is no "disable" available through the Operator and Atendant menus. Im pretty sure the only way to disable the printer is by key chip

Yeah that's a good work around.  Just increase the hopper limit to it's max.

Depending on how printer tilts configured (out of paper, etc) it may also disable it by taking the paper out of the printer mech.
I noticed that when I my printer was not responding it would go to handpay or hopper only but I also have player cashout menu enabled.
