Joey   I can you have done a lot of work on this project, but you just got to tell me, what's a Biohazard case used for?  Scratch Head Scratch Head Scratch Head That is plastic your cutting out isn't it? If so what are you cutting it with?

It is a case that someone who likes the symbol asked me to make for them, I create themed cases for people.  yes

No it is aluminum, the side off of a computer case. I am using a Dremel tool, a crappy cordless one at that.

   next time I come over I have a Plasma Torch I will let you try out. But you will need a pretty good size air compressor and 220 V AC  It cuts using a arc but generates very little heat. It will cut up to 1 inch thick  steel plate with no problems.

I have 220, but not sure my compressor would work, i would love to try out a plasma torch...  yes stir the pot / get cooking yes stir the pot / get cooking

It's a no brainier to use. You don't even have to use a welders hood, pair of sunglasses is all that is needed

Joey  I don't know most times I have to cut pretty thick metal and that takes more air, the thin stuff you have shouldn't take all that much. we can give it a try. I also have another tool that might work for you I think the name is roto grip are something like that. ( to lazy to go look ) It has a cutting tool that looks a lot like a drill bit and runs at a high speed, bet I haven't used it in five years.

Being the curious type I wondered where that symbol came from? Not an exciting story, but here it is;

Yeah always makes it entertaining, I like the Dremel a lot but this one sucks a few cuts through the metal and the battery is gone,

20 mins of cutting, 4 hours of charging, 20 mins of cutting, 4 hours of charging.  frying pan frying pan

Very interesting story behind the bio-hazard symbol.
