Hi I have a IGT Kool Kat machine and was trying to find out how to reset it. My coins are jamming every coin when someone pushed cash out and still has 168 credits to pay out I have taken all my coins out of the tray but it is still trying to pay out so I need to reset it somehow. If anyone can tell me how to reset it would be greatly appreciated cheers

You have to refill the hopper and let it run till the payout completes

Take the hopper out of the machine and dump the coins into a bucket.
Now, check out your hopper. Is the knife sitting on top of the pinwheel shelf? Are coins stuck under the knife?
Somethings not right with the hopper. Inspect it thoroughly. Clean the crap out of it.
Then throw the coins back in and re-insert the hopper.
It should pay out the rest of the credits on the display meter.
It would be easier to check out the hopper,
then trying to reset (clearing the R.A.M.) both the motherboard and the PCB board.

If it's a slant you may have a jam in the escalator, I suggest a mallet and a screw driver... those are a pain
