What MHA should I look for on a Bally Monte Carlo Machine

I have a Bally Monte Carlo Machine Mfg Date 2007. The battery is a 3.6 Lithium, but I can not see the Mah on the Battery Does anyone know the correct size to get. Thank You.. Ken

The more the better. The standard 3.6v lithium batteries used in slots are made by SAFT. Most slots use the ¹/₂AA short barrel size, but you can substitute a full AA, which will provide more MaH and will last longer. Bally's eat batteries much faster than other slots, so I would also recommend putting in a battery holder to make future replacements easier.

Most guys just go to radio snack and pick up a plastic battery holder that will have a couple of wires.
The two wires get soldered in place where your existing battery is.
The piece of sticky Velcro holds the pack on top of your board.

Statfreak suggested earlier to you to use a double AA size.
It's a basic plastic two battery holder with two wires ( a positive red wire and a black negative wire)
they seem to be out of them but they have the enclosed plastic case which is good too!

Ken,

Radio shack carries the items you need if you go to the web site
type in your zip code it will show local stores and if the items are in stock
the holder will cost you 99cents and the TL5903 $16.99 so for under $20 the problem is solved
you can get these Tadiran batteries cheaper from digi key and mouser but the shipping and wait time
brings you back to $20 but as stated above just solder in the single holder pop in the new battery
but you will need to ram clear the machine after the battery install.
Do you have the clear chips to do this ? A must have really
if not contact one of the vendors here and maybe get the battery from them too

Get a single cell AA battery holder and install a 3.6v lithium AA battery in it.  Most multi-cell battery packs are wired in series, so if you get a two AA battery holder and install two 3.6v batteries you'll have 7.2v at the leads, and most likely see  if you hook it up that way.

Do NOT install a multi-cell battery holder. As Tilt said, installing more than one battery in series will increase the voltage and fry components.
It's fine to install more than one battery IF they are installed in parallel, as that will have the same voltage (3.6v) and will increase the current.
