hello people!!
i'm new to this slot gaming and site thing so please bear with me.
i have a red/white/and blue quarter slot standing machine, a triple diamond quarter standing machine and a few others. everything worked fine. i'm now having an issue with an error code of 61 on the triple diamond, and i found a chipped piece of plastic in my hopper that no longer spits out change. i looked closely and found a plastic almost round knife piece using 2 screws to attach it missing it's point. i figure that's why it don't spit out change.

where do i go to get a new one? Duh!
and whats error 61? Help

forever grateful for any help,  Hail

Welcome to  nlg!

You can read about the error codes (including 61, a common one) and how to resolve them at this page (which can be accessed through the "Rick's FAQ Files" button near the upper right corner of the page):

As far as the knife piece, that's actually called the hopper knife, and if the tip has broken off coins will just spin around in the hopper and not dispense.  It's simple to replace, and if you contact any of our vendors (the ads at the top of the page -- try Jim at Blueridge -- you can send him a PM here), you should be able to get one.  Tell them you need a $0.25 hopper knife (assuming the broken one is from a quarter machine) for an IGT S+ machine.  You can also post a "Want To Buy" (WTB) ad in the Classifieds section of the forum with that information, and one of the vendors will get in touch with you.  It's not an expensive piece at all.
