I just bought a sierra silver slant top. I would like to know where the volume control is. Also, if there are credits in the machine, is there a way to clear them all without cash out? It's also missing the dbv lock and the lock for the main door. Where can i buy these? Is there a programming manual if i decide to change the denom?

ok i figured out the answers to the first post except for the locks. im having problems with the dbv. sometimes it takes the $ in no problem and sometimes it takes it in doesnt do anything and spits it out slowly(1/16" every 5 seconds). i opened it up and the belts are very smooth. i would think that would indicate they are worn and need replacement, but i have never seen what new belts look like. any ideas? also i still need to know where to buy all 3 locks.

Pull the bill acceptor out clean the rubber and plastic parts with plain soap and water.
Don't use any cleaning solvents that have alcohol in it or you will have more problems.
Some people remove the rubber belts and boil them in a pot on the
stove for a few minutes to make them soft and pliable again.
I don't recommend this though because they have a tendency to stretch beyond use.
I agree with Staz on the use of locks.
Once you start playing with the machine and learning more about it - the locks are just in the way.
