Thanks alot in advance. Sometimes game comes up with ram error. I use the key switch and am instructed to hit test button etc. game seems to clear itself. battery voltage at 2.8v.  Maybe thats the issue? Is it possible to solder in a new battery or will I corrupt something? Any idea where to get replacement battery? I did remove the nicad and cleaned up the acid/ No more door open m errors on power up .  take care JR

Im a newbie to the forum not sure how to do searches on the simple things:)

http://www.digikey.com/  should have the battery.  The battery may have a bad joint at the board, 2.8 volts shouldn't cause this.
