HELP PLZ, what type of poker machine is this?

I need some expert advise regarding this poker machine. All I know is that it takes $1,coins & bills, works, has one game. Not touch screen. Anyone know what model it is? Whats it worth, I may be buying it. What should
I be looking for as a prospective buyer? Any advise greatly appreciated....

I'm no expert on these since I do not own one.  But it appears to be an IGT PE+ Machine. These are older model poker machines. I believe you should be able to get replacement EPROMS from some of our vendors to change out the type of Poker Game as well.
If it's in good working condition, I would guess a fair price would be in the $500 ballpark?  I am sure others may have a better idea on what it is worth.
Be aware that this type of machine is also very heavy. I believe it's over 350 pounds for the slant top models.
I personally prefer these sit-down models for Poker over the uprights.

Yep, it's a PE+ slant top with an embedded bill validator.

Its value kinda depends on where you're located.  Anywhere from $100 to $500 at most.  You can convert it to a 5-game multi-game machine pretty easily and cheaply (under $100 to do the conversion -- cheaper if it already has a superboard in it).  The PE+ can run any of the poker themes listed here, plus some basic slot games (all require chip changes to access different games, save for the use of a wingboard or the use of one of the Multi Poker chipsets).

As far as what to look for, the game is worth a hair more if it has a superboard installed.  The superboard MPU board has a socket for both a GAME and DATA chip (the non-superboard has only a GAME (GME) socket.  You need a superboard for the multi poker chipsets, as well as some of the later PE+ games.

Where are you located?

Joe brings up a good point -- they are heavy!  If you're planning to put this up or down stairs, you may want to hold out for an upright game, especially if the seller is closer to the $500 end of the price spectrum.

I love the PE+, and they're a real nice solid platform.  If you're looking for a good video poker machine, this is a good choice.  If you're looking for fancier graphics and more flexible multi-game ability, you may wish to consider a Game King.
