Hello,

I just bought a Hollywood Skill Crane for my game room.  Everything works fine except when it drops down to pick up the prize.  The claws do not close.  Any ideas?  Is there anyplace to get a manual for this game?  Thanks, Matt

lol...my son used to love those games every time he went shopping with his mother at Kmarty's.
He'd always bring home some prize.

Something in the jaws is not working correctly.
Bad signal perhaps.
What were all the symptoms before it stopped working entirely?
This might help us pinpoint the problem.
Offhand, and a total guess really, I'll betcha there's a broken wire up in the overhead track.
Time to strip that baby down and see what makes it tick... stir the pot / get cooking

I had a similar iissue and it was a fuse the first few times, but then the board had to be replaced. Check all fuses first. The fuses may be located near the board. There are at least 4 fuses.

I bought a crane for my son and it had that same issue. The wire broke as it went into the claw assembly. A quick trim and resolder had it working again.

Hello.

I just fixed my Hollywood skill crane but now the LED display has died. Does anyone have the manual or an extra LED display I can buy?  I can use the crane without the display but the machine needs to be reset to take less quarters. If someone has a manual they can scan I would be very appreciative.

Thank you
