First off that is a three reel Backlit controller board, It will not work. You need a five reel controller board. First picture below

That is still a 3 reel controller, look at the pictures in my post to see a 5 reel controller.

Just jump the wires with a plug or a wire with terminals, or a piece of wire and electrical tape.

Looks like you have everything you need. There's only 2 plugs coming off the 5th reel end of the reel harness going to the backlight controller. The single black plug coming off the 1st reel end of the reel harness going to the motherboard. You've got power to the backlight controller and the backlight controller to cabinet I/O board interconnect so you should be good to go. I beleive the newer version backlight controllers are set up to be used with either LED or incandescent bulbs depending on which reel harness is plugged into it

Best I can tell you is that on my Cleopatra that plug has one green and one black wire going to it and they are NOT jumped out. On my 3 reel machine that plug only has the green wire.

Jumpers are not needed in this 3 reel to 5 reel conversion.  The jumper is required on a 3 reel plus bonus reel (example, Big Times Pay) conversion only.

Also, no jumper needed on a 3 reel to 4 reel conversion either.  I just did the conversion.
