Guys,

I have a few 550 WMS with the nxt board in them that continues to print the same ticket twice. Its a strange problem that is driving me nuts. When a customer is cashing out the first ticket prints. The machine then says "CALL ATTENDANT". The attendant has to open the door and close it back and then the second ticket prints.

We have changed the following so far in trying to solve the problem

Power Supply
Printer
BIOS
Game Chips

We also Ram Cleared and tried several different settings to no avail.

can anyone help me with this?

The machines are using seiko netplex 66t...

And you need to setup the machine with SEIKO NETPLEX and not PSA-66...
Also I know that some of those printers they are not working very well with NXT processor. I recommend to change with Ithaca 850.
