I have a NXT-2 that will not soft start I replaced the PWM but no go. I need service Prints. Dose anyone have any or can someone help me. The power supply is good.

The CPU will not soft start. This means The CPU never starts to run. You can not do a ram clear unless the computer starts. No software can help. I can not get a pulse from the PWM to run the CPU onboard power supply.
