I have an 550 upright, but it hardly accepts coins. (20 eurocent coins)
I replaced optics and the coin compatitor setting knob is full right, are there
more ways to improve? It accepts only 1 in 10 coins now. Can I easily make it
coinless with a button or switch?

When you say 1 in 10.... what happens to the other 9.

Are they being stolen in that they make it to the hopper without being registered as credits or is it dropping through to the coin tray....

If the coin is being rejected by the comparitor and being dumped to the coin tray then you either have to adjust the sensitivity on the comparitor or replace the coin mech.
Is it a CC-16 or a CC-33 ? and what letter follows the number ?

IF they are being stolen then either your optics need replacing or you need the proper coin spacer for the optics.
Alternatively using a larger coin may be the quick fix.

There is no easy way to make this coinless with a button. In Vegas coinless usially means using dollar bills only.

try coin comparator full left or ccw, for less discrimination.  should improve it drastically
