You had to use a different board and cables by Shufflemaster.   Tacman was looking at that setup before, so will have to let Dan or somebody else chime in.

Okay, here are a few pics of the boards, glass and screen shots. I got this Shufflemaster setup and had a problem with it working in my WMS 550. I gave it to another member here and they had the same results, so I sent it back to the seller. In his machines it workes fine. I don't know if there are any differences in 550's or what might have been the cause of it not working in my machine. If you want this item, PM me and I will provide the sellers contact info.
