Just to begin, I am a newbie.  Have had a Blazing Seven for a couple of years.  Got an 81 error so replaced the battery, now getting a 83F error. Trying to figure if I need to purchase ram clear chips.
Board is a MPU 5500
AS-3356-201

Year is 1994
Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

You should not need clear chips with those mains.  You can jumper the processor at JW10 (front side of the processor).  Then just hold in the test and pseudo coin buttons when you turn on the machine and watch for CH C and then CL C to show how up in the winner paid display. Then you can let go of the buttons, turn off the machine and remove the jumper.
