The Problem started with the machine taking one coin and not another. I changed the comp and it worked for a wile then would stop taking the coins. Now it just will not take any coins.

I have a IGT I game. I tried to replace the coin comp, optic, I/O card and harness with known good one's yet the machine still does not want to take coins.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to start?

Thanks

Blake

I wiggled the harness behind I/O card and machine started taking coins again does anyone have a wiring diagram for this area. It's the I/O card in the main body.

Thanks

bkoch,
You were asking about a harness/wiring schematics...
may I ask, what model/make of machine would you want these for?
I may have a copy for ya?

Thanks Buncker

The machine is Igt 17 inch round top made in 9/00 with a 19 pin monitor model number 69419000. The wiring in question is right where the back of the I/O card is in the main body. there are two one right next to the other.

I have seen many instances where the molex connection within the metal housing is not fully seated.  It often comes lose while the machine is being moved around.  I would suggest that you remove the metal housing and study the connection inside, I would bet it's a little loose on one end or the other.

It's a 16" RT (We normally call them 16"RT or 9"Choptop) IGT video game machine...
Is it a I-Game, Game Maker, Game King, Vision, some kind of poker or Keno machine?
I wish I had a list of model numbers but I don't.
There are quite a bit of different video machines IGT made.
I've collected a few manuals and schematics over the years but as far as model numbers...
I don't have that list so I can't match up a schematic to model number 69419000.
How about the I/O board, are there numbers on that?
