Hi everyone,
I'm having some problems repairing this Kristel (C74015) monitor.

Initial problem: Powers up, no image
Current problem: Image scrolls up and down

Here is what I have done so far:
- Checked all caps and replaced the bad ones
- Flyback started ticking so I changed that out

I am not very familiar with kristel, but it looks like it lost the vertical sync, may be the vertical IC itself, or an ic that controls the sync.
