Do they IMPORT any products????

I don't know about the legality of the machines in Mexico or any special import requirements for gaming machines.....

However when I ship computer equipment to my office there.....

Minimun documents required:
information about shipment (AWB number and airline and/or freight forwarding company)
list of the items included (description, quantity, use)
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of NAFTA (if origin is Canada or USA )

in the past shipping to europe - i had to go thru a freight forwarder who did all the paperwork - my truck company tells me that the buyer has to do all the up front work and hire an importer - from then on it is "straight forward"?  hope this isn't one of those Nigerian "we will send a check for more than the amount" deals.

Most important thing is having a NOM certification. You will have to send to DF (Mexico City) one machine with manuals (schematics) so that the machine type can be certified as far as power safety etc etc similar to the CE certification.
Machine has to have a certificate of origin, best if more than 51% USA origin .

They import good old US greenbacks...  stir the pot / get cooking

When I ship stuff to Mexico, I use FedEx. they're really good about COM documents (certificate of origin that Ozzy refers to) and the rest, saves me from having to do it.

Use a "full service" freight forwarder who will handle not only all your required documents for you but will handle all customs clearance as well.  Further, they will advice you if the product you're shipping has any special requirements, tariff or is forbitten in that country.   I've used Schenker Freight  Forwarder for many years in my soap business.  We've shipped to over 18 countries and their service and cost has been awesome. 

On a side note, because Mexico has a history of corruption, I highly recommend using a full service freight forwarder company.  Below is Schenker websites for your convenience.
