Title: S+ Bill Validator Door Lock Problem Post by: CommTech on August 30, 2011, 07:43:26 PM I just purchased Two Bill Validator door Locks for my 2 S Plus machines.
Both Cams are just slightly do long for the Bill Validator's. They do not clear the cam slot inside the Validator doors. The Cams measure 3 cm from the center of the double D hole to the end of the CAMs (approx 1 and 3/16 inch long) The size I need are about 1 to 1 and 1/16 inch from the center double D hole. Are there more than one size of Cam for S Plus Bill Validator doors? I'll take it to work with me tomorrow and make it a little shorter. That's what I did after hand filing my first tang (The only tool I had at the time. :25- Case hardened steel is a beach to file. :97-)

Wow, I'm weaker than I thought. It took me ages to file down that thing. :25- :37- That was back in 2000 or so. I didn't have anything except a metal file.
