Stayouttadabunker provided a link to Cartoon Wild Cherry. This SAME chip is used for Wild Cherry, Cartoon Wild Cherry, Super Joker, and Seven Seas game themes. (2-coin of course) You were instead sent a chip (ss4324) which is for 2-Coin Double Wild Cherry. Obviously NOT what you need. In THAT list, it shows that the strips for SS4028 should be "20A"...it needs to be corrected by someone who has admin rights to get in there and make changes. Some of the titles are not exact though.
