Hi all,
I got a craigslist ad today that popped up in my craigslist search app on my phone. A guy here locally is selling 2 IGT S+ slant top machines. He has a 5 cent Double Diamond Deluxe and a 25 cent Red White and Blue. He wants $500 for both of them. I don't know the first thing about S+ machines so I don't know if that is a good deal or not. I was hoping to get machines with bill validators in them as my first real machines but these seem to be fairly cheap (to me)

He said both machines were recently serviced and new batteries were put on the boards. He claims they are fully plug and play ready. He just called me a few minutes ago after I emailed him about them. He's looking to sell them quickly but I don't want to jump into something to quickly and not know if they are worth it.

So to make my thought complete, is $500 for two slant top IGT S+ machines worth considering if they are in fully working order?

I bet if you call him today and offer him $400 he would take it.

Are they your machines? I haven't gotten around to calling back yet since I've been down in the basement doing some work all day today.

Yes they are.

I took them in on trade and sold the Double Jackpot Haywire this morning for $250. That leaves the Double Diamond Dleuxe and RWB.

Would you take $400 for them?   Tongue Out

I'm definitely interested in them. Those are two games that I've liked playing in the casino.

I have a Bally 5000 that has some power supply issues, I guess I'll just replace it with these two and make my life easier.
