Hi all,
I have a video machine that when you turn it on it brings up Game King on the loading screen but it looks completely different to the photos of Game Kings on here. I need to turn the SAS remote handpay on so i need to use the key chip i would just rather not get the wrong one. I've seen on here people talking about the Key 40 and 22 the 40 being the later chip. I just wondered if anyone would know if either of these will work?

Hi

That model is called the Trimline. Its available with either 044 Game King electronics or AVP.
Yours looks like it has the legacy backplane (Eproms) so Key 40 is fine. Some may have a flash card in which case you will need Key 28.

just to note it looks like the 044 setup with the legacy  eprom daughter board.

Also the international 044 software depending on title needs license keys to run.

However looking at the GK version shown you should be fine.

That is a nice machine, hard to find for sale here locally as of yet in bulk.

It belongs to a bloke I know in Ireland who has an arcade they've been struggling setting up a jackpot system so its come over here for us to have a look at it. problem is none of us have ever seen one before but we just need to turn on the hand pay now and it should work fingers crossed. no doubt I'll be back on before to long asking other questions lol.
Thanks for your help as always.

That's a sweet looking machine...can't wait to start seeing them come out of the casinos in greater quantities, i.e., more affordable.

Hail  Hail  I noticed your desk with computer and testing equipment is on wheels...that's a great idea so you can just wheel it over to the machines you need to work on in the warehouse.  Can you rig a motor to it so that you can just drive it over to one of your clients arcades when they call you for service?  bust gut laughing
