I just got a S2000 IGT game and it has the printer in it. When we hit cash out, it never prints. I just got this game and it is the first that I have gotten with a ticket printer. I'd like to add the coin accepter and hopper if I can't get it to print.

It does light up, it has the status button lit. I can fit the feed button and it does feed to the next ticket. the name on the side says IGT STPV611 but I haven't a clue if that means its the software version it is using or the brand. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Push the button on the CPU board inside the cabnet . scroll down to key chip 2 (roman numeral for 2 ) go to printer an see if it is set to enabled  if not and it will not light up buttons to change it may have to be re keychip ed or cleared first . i allways enabled mine at start up not after

Will I need a set/clear chip if I do this? I have 3 drop in pokers that are PE plus I believe, and I needed to do that to reactivate the bill acceptor.

you can look at your keychip options anytime.  to modify the options you will need a keychip; no more set chips for the S2000 cabinet. Smiley
if there are options in the keychip menu that you want to change you will have to get the correct keychip for your software.  post up your game chip version and we'll look it up for you!
