Hello everyone, sorry to be a bother, but I have an issue with an I-Game Wild Cherry that my dad purchased.  I'm more of a pinball guy, so I need a little direction.  I'm not getting any voltage from the connections that go into the ballasts (both the top and bottom lights).  Is there a common cause for this that I should check first?  If it helps, the 13V lights on the front work fine.  I followed the wires from the bottom ballast, and they appear to go to a cabinet I/O board, and then to the backplane.  There is an empty connector on the front side of that removable cabinet I/O board; is that supposed to be empty?

Thanks for any help Smiley

Just ended up replacing the power supply, and the fluorescents work fine now, as does the sound (which wasn't working either).

Glad you got that fixed.  In an S2000 machine that plug on the front of the cabinet IO board is where the harness for light control on back lit reels goes

It looks like your Power Supply was missing the 24v.
