can't seem to clear coin-in jam error. I've replace the coin in optics with a know GOOD unit.  I can't access any of the menus.  The accounting menu appears on screen but I can't navigate through the menu.

just starting for the first time, iran a few credits up with BV and then hit the cash out.  went straiht to coin in jam.  no hopper just a printer.

sounds like a door I/O issue since you have no button response.  power down and check your door I/O for burned traces.  if you have two rows of buttons then there are 2 door I/O's to check. lightning bolt
