I converted my machine from .25 to $5.  It is a S2000 3 reel coinless without a printer.  Hit 180 on a spin and display reads call attendant coin-out jam.  It is only $900 so I don't know why it would do that, I hit 120 a few times with no problems.   Scratch Head

Cleared everything and started over.  Did everything the same except I disabled partial token payout.  Maybe that will take of the problem.

sounds as if it should.   basically you will get an attendent handpay display anytime you cashout.  hit the reset switch, and should be back in business.

did the $900 win put you over your credit limit?  if so then the machine would try to pay the $900 out of the hopper or with a printer.  if you have the game set up with coinless mode enabled then your partial token payout setting wont matter.  if it's not coinless enabled then it would try to kick out however many coins it would take to reach the partial token payout limit.  g/l Smiley

I think you're on the right track, but if I read correctly, he had $900 in credits on the machine when he hit a win for $180.  I suspect his credit limit was $1,000, and since 900+180 > 1000, the machine was trying to pay the $180 win out of the hopper since it couldn't put that to the credit meter.

3 options, machine options, limits
Keep your hopper limit low and increase the others

No credits on the machine when changing limits, split pay, or the like.
Also if your machine is configured as coin less you cant adjust them at all. you have to change to coin mode in the key config menu (key chip required)

Kept hopper limit at $1000
Jackpot limit. $1200
Other 2 limits $3000

Just went over $1000 in credits with no coin out jam error. Clap

Thanks for your help.
