You one of two problems with the SS chips causing the System Error
Either they are programmed on chips that are too slow for a S2000, they have to be 120ns or faster
OR
Chips have been programmed onto a 27C512 at C000 offset which works for a S+, must be at 0000 or no offset for the S2000,

Please do a bit of investigative work and try to look under the labels (you will have to peel them up or totally off) and post back the line that has 27C in it for each chip.
Do not forget the number after the dash

Does it work in another S2000 or a S+?

I tried the ss chips that caused the error in 4 different boards  but in the same machine  All S2000 as i also tried other ss chips that worked  the sb chips all worked . i changed the ram chips also but got the system error ? P.B.

I missed your prior post with my quote, I had started to edit it before you posted but got distracted before I finished and did not catch it.

It has nothing to do with game type in this case.
System Error means in this case that the S2000 can not read the SS chip for some reason
Which is caused by SS not fast enough or if programmed on a 27C512 it may have been programmed for a use in a S+ only
Let me explain these in detail

S2000 requires all EPROM's to be 120ns (nanoseconds) or faster per IGT Specs

The other issue is when some one creates a SS chip for use in a S+ if they cant get a 27C64 they will use a 27C512 which is 8x larger than needed, so for it to work in the S+ they use a programming offset that moves the SS chip data to proper location so the S+ can read it, but the S2000 will read a blank portion of the chip.

If you remove the labels and read the chip markings and post back the information I can most likely tell you why the chips are not working.
It will look like this 27C64- or 27C512- after the dash will be 2 or 3 digit number and there is usually letters in front of the 27C portion like AM27.
if they are 27C512 they most likely have been programmed with the offset but may be too slow for the S2000 as well.
