I'm not in front of an S+ right now but the steps are pretty simple.  Check the 3 fuses on front of power supply first with power switch off.  These are glass fuses and you can usually see if the filament is burnt in two.  In 7 years I've never had to replace a power supply on Igt s+.  If fuses are good following instructions below.

open door and remove coin tray and hopper.  tray lifts up and pull out to remove, hopper plug straight out toward front of machine
you may want to take a couple pictures of power supply or mark plugs as you disconnect.

1.  remove power cord from wall outlet
2.  remove other of of power cord from power supply.
3.  remove the other plugs, there's a couple on the left side and a couple on top toward read wall.
4.  remove screws and remove.
5.  reverse instructions to install new one
