I have a IGTGA31C1  4/93, which originally had Error Code 12 and yellow and white lights flashing, replaced motherboard battery and now get Error Code 64 and lights still flashing.

Do I need to reset something to get it operational again?

What have your tried doing to get rid of the error?  Open/ Close Door, reset key..?

64 code is a link down message. I saw this a lot with wide area progressive machines. my guess is your set for progressive and it cant find the controller. What software are you running?

I opened the door, and closed it several times, nothing different.  Took the brass key (the reset?) got the numbers to change....closed the door...still acting the same.  As far as what version it is running, I don't have the smallest clue.  Where to find it?

Shut the door, turned the brass key for the umpteenth time and it reset.
