I'm trying to change legacy bonus and Print Restricted Promotional Credits on my BB and it seems impossible.

Is it the jurisdiction?


How can I change jurisdictions so I can do this.   It's really frustrating that BB have these weird problems that
bally and igt owners don't have.

I have confirmed that it is the jurisdiction.   Change the jurisdiction and the options are enabled.
