Help! Help

It's an Aristocrat "White Water" upright machine.

Upon turning on, the BV lights up, but no sounds.
Then, the screen displays, "NO SIGNAL CHECK THE SIGNAL CABLE".

Anyone seen this or know what to do?

Thanks!   wave

 Bump  please?   Hail

The error message sounds simply enough, right?
I checked all wire connections, board connections, etc.
The message comes up immediately.

Anyone ever see this?  I'm completely new to Aristocrat and I'm helping someone else out with it.

By the way, anyone know a "Jim" that was on this site, lived in Vegas, was in his 70's and recently passed away with cancer?
This is his collection of slots and a friend is working to sell them for Jim's wife.

Hi!
Have you checked your board to make sure you have all the chips you need. Ie: Bio's or Game Chips? it sounds like your CPU isn't booting all the way up. can you please provide picutres.

Thanks for the reply.  Since I'm seeking help for someone else, it will take me a day to get pictures, but I'll modify this post as soon as I get the pictures.  Thanks again!

Monitor is getting power but no display... it could be a simple case of not being hooked up properly (e.g. a VGA monitor will do the same thing if the cable isn't connected to a PC), or is the whole thing not getting power or shutting down right after? If it's completely shutting off (BV and all) after about a second it could even be bad caps in the power supply or anything really. Definitely need pics...

i traded the guy thats selling this game for the white water slot machine he said he thought it just needed a fan. so i replaced the fan and it still comes up no signal. when i put pressure on the fan i can get the game to boot up and as soon as i release the pressure it cuts off and goes back to the no signal screen. do you think the mk6 board is no good?
