been searching the net to no avail  all the tech logs seem to be for newer machines with digital error messages

got the machine in a bulk buy of coin op games

boots up to safe ram error on screen here are some pics

The V5500 need the U10 Clear chip.
I picked up mine from Rudy's Steals and Deals. 
You place the U10 chip in place of the chip in the U10 socket
then reinstall the main board and turn on the machine.
You will get the message "Saferam Cleared" , then turn off the
machine , replace the U10 chip on the main board and reinstall.
When you turn on the machine it will be ready to play.
