Hi all,

Just got a newer (2006) WMS Jackpot Party.  It is running the early Bluebird reel system that uses the Snapdragon board.  Game was working fine, until a cash out, which is an automatic handpay since the printer will not function.

After this, the game is now stuck in an error.  Error reads on display "Game disab 5.  The only documentation I have shows that means it's an "enhanced validation record buffer"

Not sure how to clear this error, have been fiddling fro hours now, no change.  This sytem is new to me so I am clueless.  Anyone have any ideas?

A do not have a clear chip, and should have one.  It's operating system is 6.40

thanks for any suggestions, and if anyone has a clear chip, I would love to buy it.

Oh boy, I just made things worse.  Checked the battery voltage, was at 2.83 volts.  Had another on hand, so changed it.  now I am stuck with a ram failure and game failure errors.

I really need a clear chip.  Does anyone have any manuals, or other documentation for this unusual system?  I will gladly pay the money!    Feel real lost with this thing.

Thanks to some great people here, I have all the manuals, which are evry helpful.

Also, got specific information for the clear chip I need badly.  It is WMS part number RCLR-000100-101.  It is used for all operating systems prior to 6.50.

Name your price if you have this chip to sell.  Hell, even name your price if you have this chip, do not want to sell it, but would rent it for a week.  :-)      :-)
