Can't find those 40 pin 65C24 chips anywhere.

U46 puts out a restart signal for the watchdog circuit and if that signal is not there the screen continues to flash Game Initializing as Reset keeps getting set then reset.

Had to pull one out of a spare board to fix this customer's board.

Does anyone know of a source for the  65C24 chips?
