Using an S+ game in my S2000, the game payout can not be changed due to being embedded in the chip. My question is this: theoretical payback is at 89.96% but machine has been paying at 80%. Is this a fluke? Shouldn't it be paying closer to theoretical payout? Have run about $6000.00 through the machine and is still paying at just about 80%. Any theories?

Sure, just run about 200,000.00 through it, and I bet you will see the result closer to the average.  Hit that one big payout, and that changes everything.

Payback is based on the life of the game which is like 40,000,000 spins or some stupid number like that. My suggestion would be to swap the S+ chip for the S2000 chip if it's available for your theme
